Mounted Sprayers
Mounted sprayers with boom: Teknik 20 mounted boom sprayers provide underleaf pesticide application of liquid by the help of the underleaf nozzles. The sprayers are equipped with 400, 600 and 800 liter polyethylene tank, sturdy steel frame, adjustable booms for both height and the with by the selection of 8, 10 and 12 m boom, low-pressure diaphragm pumps, two way control unit and PTO shaft.

Mounted sprayers with turbo atomizer: Teknik 20 mounted sprayers provide total protection for your crops and weedkilling. The sprayers are equipped with turbo atomizer, 400 or 600 liter polyethylene tank, sturdy steel frame, 32" adjustable plastic fan blades, adjustable nozzles, high-pressure pumps of which is all parts in contact with liquid are anodized, control unit 50 bar, gear box 1:4 and PTO shaft.

Canon Type Field Sprayer
600 liters capacity tank prepared by a special rotation technic, polyethylene material. Chassis is produced with different measures of profiles; ventilator in the body takes its movement from the tail shaft. Pulverization is doing by injectors with air flow, which is on the both sides of the body. Pulverization area is totally 70 meters on both sides; it's preferred by all field plants because of the large pulverization area.

Air Assisted Boom Field Sprayer
Only Teknik 20 is producing the air assisted boom field sprayers in turkey and after the test results of ministry, university and institute the most efficacy field sprayers. The air assisted boom field sprayer has lots of advantage against the classic boom sprayers. With a classic boom field sprayer you can spray in a maximum driving speed of 7 km/h, but with the air assisted boom field sprayer driving speed can be increased to 10 km/h. Because of the driving speed differences, farmer saving from time, fuel and labor cost. Most unfavorable weather condition for spraying is the wind. Maximum wind speed for classic field sprayer is estimated to be 4 m/s and for air assisted boom field sprayer 8 m/s. This advantage means, you have a longer spraying capacity, and the most important fact is you have the precondition for "timely spraying". Thanks to "air assist" technic the air assisted boom field sprayer has an increased biological efficacy against the classic boom field sprayer and that means less pesticide use for farmer.

The sprayer used together, mounted with 600 and 800 liter, trailed with 1500 and 2400 liter capacity tank prepared by a special rotation technic with polyethylene material. It's ergonomic, suitable for field and air conditions.

Pneumatic Duster
Teknik 20 pneumatic duster used with dry powder. It is equipped with 75 liter polyethylene tank, double turbines of ø280mm of eight blades, large air volume, gear box of 1:6 and adjustable nozzle system for spraying. It is connected to the tractor with a shaft.

Compressor
Teknik 20 is producing three kind of compressors, two with 5,5 HP gasoline motor and one with 6 HP diesel motor. The compressors with gasoline motor are equipped with 50 or 100 liter tank. Compressor with diesel motor is equipped with a 50 liter tank. We use B4900 ABAC air pumps in all our compressors.

Pneumatic Pruning Shear
Any kind of fruit-bearing plants and vines you can prune with these shears. The handgrip is designed for maximum use ergonomics. Inside, a pneumatic cylinder impresses the movement to the connecting rod which, in its turn, activates the mobile blade. The energy for operation is provided by compressed air and sent through a piping to the air inlet. It has lots of advantages against a manual shear. Pruning time is much lower and that makes a profit from time and money for the farmer.

Olive Harvester
Olive harvesting is now much easier with our olive harvester. The handgrip is designed for maximum use ergonomics. Compressed air reach the beating rake and cause the cylinder to move, so is the harvesting operation proceeding. It is more safely and faster then the old method and that is good for budge and olives.
