The range of the automotive parts in production of Teknik 20 is: Cold formed (Pressed Sheet Metal) Parts Mainly produced for automotive industry, that parts was produce from coated or non coated sheet metal. Meanwhile, for the customer out of the automotive industry it was used non ferrous and stainless still materials. Maximum press capacity of the company is 500 tons. Sheet Metal Parts Completed by Welding The other parts for automotive industry are the various welded parts. Slide door rails, strikers, various nut and bold welded parts has been produced by request of the customers. 2 unit and 120 KvA mobile projection, 2 unit and 120 KvA fixed projection welding machines are used to produce this parts. Mechanism Parts Door locks, strikers and door-checks are produce by Teknik 20 for the automotive OEM’s. A mechanism needs more and wide technological knowledge and background in order to fit to the customer specifications.

Fine Blanking Parts Those parts are used mostly in automotive security systems, such a seat belt, hand brake levelers, adjusting mechanisms of the seats, engine parts, door locks and door checks. To open the door of the car without any problems, the sliding movement of the seats and to open the doors in 2 different positions can be done by the help of the fine blanking parts. Also, the fine blanking parts are used to improve efficiency of the compressors of the refrigerators. Unfortunately, mostly people haven’t idea about the difference between the fine blanking and press forming. Using the pressed parts instead of the fine blanking parts often cause the undefined problems and reduced customer satisfaction. There is not enough only the special fine blanking presses to obtain the good result. Also the design and manufacturing of the fine blanking molds is important parameter in quality production. Meanwhile the material used in fine blanking is more specific. And finally the post processing operation fulfills this complex process. Mold Production Teknik 20 has been organized and invests so that can design and produce his molds and molds for the special requests. Using CAD/CAM and his know-how, Teknik 20 can produce all kind of the sheet metal molds and fixtures and fine blanking molds. Total capacity of the mould production is 2500 hours per month.
